At age sixteen one typically gets their drivers license (in North America), but I think every sixteen years people should get another license.

Well let’s see … the evil mastermind license I’ve already been working toward (they call me Darth Bane at work).

Licence to Kill would be helpful, but if I’m an evil mastermind I wouldn’t really need it — that’s what lackeys are for.

Starship Captain License is a nice idea, but my starship has been in drydock for a few years now — it was a dilithium guzzler anyway.

Perhaps I’ll get creative license? That might be handy.
