Well let's see ... the evil mastermind license I've already been working toward (they call me Darth Bane at work). Licence to Kill would be helpful, but if I'm an evil mastermind I wouldn't really need it -- that's what lackeys are for. Starship Captain License is a nice idea, but my starship has been in drydock for a few years now -- it was a dilithium guzzler anyway. Perhaps I'll get creative license? That might be handy.
